Returns PolicyReturns Policy To return a faulty item please telephone first for return authorisation. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include a copy of the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely (the packaging they arrive in can often be used for the return). IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item will be £2.00. We will replace faulty items with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the item is no longer available. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of goods. Exchanges or Refunds We can only exchange or refund goods within 14 days from receipt if they were received faulty or the wrong item was delivered. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Checking We check every single return, if an item is found not to be faulty by our independent tests we may return the item with a postage charge.
